is named in honor of Devon Madison, an inspiring educator, mother, wife, and friend who tragically passed away at the age of 34 after battling cancer.
Devon was a dedicated teacher and nonprofit leader with a dream of creating a space where children and families could learn, grow, and heal.
At Devon’s Place, we carry forward her legacy by helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges.
Our Story
Devon’s Place was founded on the shared values of connection and fostering meaningful relationships.
Jessie and Jaime started Devon's Place in 2024 after 17 years of friendship that began at the University of Georgia. Their strong bond continued at Smith College, where they studied clinical social work.
After serving clients through non-profit and private practice settings in the Atlanta area for nearly a decade, Jessie and Jaime teamed up once again to build and foster an environment of support, growth, and healing.
